H-hello, my name is Kitty. Now, I know what you are thinking; 'Why am I named Kitty when I'm a dog?', that's because I'm a bit of a scaredy cat. My foster family and the volunteers at K-9 Angels Rescue are teaching me that there's nothing to be afraid of, and I'm less timid than I was when I first arrived at the adoption center. Though, I might need some ext...ra encouragement than other dogs, I do really love showing my affection towards those I'm close with. I also really enjoy the company of other dogs and enjoy playing with my five year old furry foster brother. Other things I like to do when it's time to play is run next to my foster dad when he is out riding around on his bike, enjoy chomping away on a good bone, and tugging on pillows. The foremost lateral however, I'm told is a no-no behavior. Another no-no behavior of mine is that I do tend to pull when I'm on a walk but I'm working on stopping that. One thing that I'm really proud of myself is that I'm completely house-trained and have never had an accident in my foster home! Another good thing about me, is that I don't mind if you have to leave me for a while to go work. Just be ready to get a warm welcoming when you return! Kitty is a Terrier/Labrador Retriever mix who is around 1 yr old and about 50 lbs. Her ideal home would be with another dog of any size. NOTE: As we believe proper healthcare of ones pet is a requirement of good ownership, K-9 Angels Rescue only adopts out dogs that have been fully vetted and altered. PUPPIES: Puppies that haven't had their second round of puppy shots will not be at the Adoption Center at our weekend adoption events. If you are interested in adopting a puppy, please fill out an application, and if approved, a meeting can be arranged. OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS: We do allow out-of-state adoptions, however, the adopter MUST come get the dog/puppy and bring them home with them. We do not allow our dogs/puppies to be shipped.
