Hi, Im Kalep! Im free! I was stuck at the city pound, but RPM saved me! YAY! I made it into the adoption program at the shelter but I can be a little shy with a bunch of strangers staring at me. RPM bailed me out and said they could find me a home and I wouldnt have to stay in that big scary place any longer. You see, I was adopted once, but I was returned for not being outgoing enough. Lots of humans arent super outgoing, why did I need to be? I wish they'd given me a chance because I've been through a lot (remember I was in that scary place!). I really love other dogs and play great with them. Ideally my new home will have another dog who needs a buddy like me! And my new buddy could show me the ropes of living the good life. My favorite thing in the world is to cuddle...ONCE we get to know each other of course. If you're looking for an affectionate dog, Im your guy. Im gentle with everyone, too, so you'd never have to worry about me. We could watch movies, and football season is coming. There are lots of things we can do at the same time we're snuggling! Since I'm still on the shy side, if you have another dog already that could help show me the ropes and be my buddy until I build some confidence, that would be my best case when it comes to a home. Right now, I am one of the lucky ones that got an awesome foster home, but they can only keep me until the end of August.
